What does the MeranCard offer?
The MeranCard includes various services that are available at no additional cost or at discounted prices:
Unlimited use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol
Free travel on public cable cars in South Tyrol, including the cable cars to Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien, Meransen, Kohlern and Ritten as well as the funicular railway up the Mendel and the Rittner Trambahn.
Private chairlifts and cable cars cannot be used with the MeranCard.
One-off admission to around 80 museums throughout South Tyrol.
10% discount on bike and ski hire at "Papin Sport" and "Sportservice Erwin Stricker"
What does the MeranCard cost?
The MeranCard is not for sale. It is given to you at the Hotel Traubenheim for stays of one night or more and is included in the room price.
How long is the MeranCard valid for?
The MeranCard is valid for 7 days. If you have booked for longer, you will receive another card after 7 days.
The card must be validated each time you use public transport or enter a museum. In order to enjoy the benefits of the MeranCard, the card must be presented before using a service.
Who receives the MeranCard?
Each of our guests receives their own card. Children between the ages of 6 and 14 receive a junior card. Children up to the age of 6 do not need a MeranCard. The card is personalised and non-transferable.
