Booking & Cancellation
Your booking is considered accepted after written confirmation by the hotel. Cancellation of your room reservation is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
From 4 weeks before arrival we charge 30%, from 3 weeks 50% and from the second week before arrival 70%.
In the event of cancellation 5 days or more before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked arrangement as a cancellation fee.
Covid exception: in the event of a general exceptional situation, e.g. an official travel warning, border closures or a legally imposed home quarantine obligation, short-term cancellation is also possible free of charge.
To protect you against possible cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance..

Honeymoon
Honeymooners who spend their honeymoon with us receive a wedding bonus of 5% for a minimum stay of 7 days.

Single room supplement
If a suite or junior suite is booked as a single room, we charge a surcharge of 60%, for the double room D and D+ 40%.

Payment options  
The hotel bill can be paid by: cash payment (legal upper limit: as of January 2023: Euro 4,999.99 - future changes are possible), advance bank transfer, EC card or credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)

Dogs
Small dogs (max. knee height) are accepted by prior arrangement but are not allowed in the dining room, sunbathing lawn, sauna and indoor pool. Outside meal times, they may be taken to the bar and terrace. 
We charge € 17.50 per day without food for cleaning.

Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
